This is a taster for Gagarins forthcoming album Adaptogen. Gagarin is solo incarnation of Dids - composer/percussionist of huge experience - has played and recorded with John Cale, Nico, Pere Ubu, Suns of Arqa etc etc. His last album Ard Nev received great reviews across Europe incl the Wire, Future Music etc. Golden Cap features short and to the point mixes of two extended tracks from the album which will be released in Jan 09. Golden Cap itself is an atmospheric journey in sound contrasting sweet melodies with blasts of white noise. Gavvers is a tougher experimental dubstep/grime instrumental again full of colour and contrast.
